5 Star Google and Zillow reviews - 04/09/19 - Darcy Davis was a true professional in the pricing, marketing and quick sale of my home.
I received attractive offers within hours of listing and contracted just days later at a much higher sale price than anticipated. Darcy answered or returned calls within minutes, always advocated on my behalf, and kept me fully informed of details, small and large, through closing.
OK, so I wanted to sell my home.
Without going into great detail, I am used to controlling the process and the situation, telling people what to do, and setting the expectations. I called The Duncan Duo to sell my home and learned something very important. Sometimes, even when you think you know it all, shut up and let the experts do what they advertise that they are going to do. From the very start, the listing agent was practical, reasonable, and we agreed upon a starting sales price that was, in her (Darcy Davis) opinion, fair and reasonable given the market circumstances, the neighborhood, the comps, etc. I shut up and trusted Darcy. Our home was beautifully filmed, photographed, and places on Zillow and other sites that The Duncan Duo uses. They set up an open house and, by the end of that open house, we had a reasonable offer on our home. The Duncan Duo then transitioned us to a closing coordinator (Nichole Vanek). Wasn't even sure what that position was but Nichole minimized the things that we needed to do and streamlined the process through an early closing. So what I want to tell you from the bottom of this Marine's heart is that The Duncan Duo is the real deal. Get them on board, shut up, and do what they want you to do and you will get your desired result long before you can make that happen for yourself. Their teamwork, process specialists, experience, reputation, and apparent continued striving to reinvent themselves to become even better really worked for me. (5-Star Google review - 12/26/18)

We interviewed 10+ Tampa realtors in person, and the minute we met Darcy, we knew she was the one to quickly sell our house, and sell it for top dollar.
